Hello blog, i've missed you. it's been a long time since i've typed anything when i started to just upload photos in facebook.

So, was on the train home from christmas shopping. it was really packed. when it started to clear near amk, a middle-aged lady moved closer to me to let the others alight. then she looked me and smiled, and started to talk to me.

i was a bit down because of some personal stuff. i was tearing a little. however after she started to talk to me, i stopped worrying.

she chatted with me about really normal things, like, are you schooling now? where? how old are you? where are you going? i am going woodlands.

i don't know why, but i felt all warm inside. i was clutching the christmas presents and i was thinking, she came at the right time to start up the christmas cheer in me.

christmas shouldn't be about how much you spend on each other; it should be about taking time off from your busy schedules to spend time with loved ones.

i alighted at yishun. she bade goodbye and initially i wanted to wish her merry christmas but ended up asking her to take care.

i feel a little disappointed now.

to add on, i'm feeling really sad, but i think it's for the better.

boomz brownies.

omg i hate that word hahaha. but at least it caught people's attention today @ CCN.

CCN's just like the carnivals we had in PHS. brings back memories.

1k02 sold homemade brownies, which were spread with nutella or peanut butter, and sprinkled with any toppings you choose.

i doubt they'll see this but i want to make a big shoutout to zuxian, jasmineL, beryl, amelia and dyea: great job babes. the brownies we baked were really pretty and we sold off every single piece.

and i tell you, i absolutely love my class. we were screaming our heads off to advertise or singing about coming to buy the brownies. we had a lot of fun man. this is called spontaneity!

didn't take any photos of the process today. ahh.

but face it, i have the best class ever.

went to Haw Par Villa today as a classss

for H&T Marketing, gotta make a proposal to build a hotel there. (seriously, i doubt anyone'll wanna stay there. even if we're able to rev up HPV as a tourist attraction again, not really worth building a hotel)

plan to recee HPV for project = epic fail.

we were just exploring and taking photos; basically having a class outing over there.

after, we went our separate ways. group of us went to dhoby ghaut to have dinner and starbucks

a walk through daiso and spotlight made me worried i don't have any gift ideas in time for christmas. as in choonlin's words, 'holy mama'

well,, yesterday was the last day of spooktacular.

tired, fun, tired, and sad that it's over.

it's hard to be the first one to give in all the time, but when you don't want anything to happen, you just have to.

i'm at fault for being sensitive, but do know that i was really hurt for a while. you're not the only unhappy one then.

try putting yourself in my shoes for a minute- how would you feel when your good friend is behaving so suspicious? now i know it's not about me, but on the contary your actions then made me feel like you couldn't trust me about something.

k now it's back to regular routine. like jasmineL said, gotta get used to not getting ready to go sentosa on fridays and saturdays!

all of them did a great job for the 4 days. they were cranky but they worked hard. really had fun with all of them. 3 cheers!

hope everyone had a happy halloween yesterday. see everyone next year.

spooktacular was BOOMZ.

day 2 has ended, but i'm still having a super good time.

i got to practise how to put makeup on people, and it also lessened my fear of dressed up creepy characters, because they're all my friends.

also helped out at the makeup booth, which usually start out lousy, then manage to make a lot at a later time.

at closing, jayven allowed us to go into IOS to see the professional characters inside. i think if i were in a pair of people or alone i will be scared shitless i tell you. we all held hands and to overcome our fear we all started repeat singing ABC and tp school song. damn funny lah! at a few places the characters even sang ABC at us when we walk past.

2 more days to go; next friday and saturday. people, please come support us!

it's a halloween event organised by Sentosa and TP LRM, so if you don't have any plans, please come and have fun! if you do, cancel them!

i really had a good time. i think i'll be really sad when it ends next saturday.

edmond was predicting my fortune with his set of tarot cards during lunch. it lifted my spirits up because all the cards that came out were positive.

yet, there were some parts which got me thinking a lot...

the cards were pretty accurate in the reality reading so, am i to believe in what was predicted?

it also scared me because one of the readings was tied with what i was thinking all along the ride to harbourfront to meet my friends before spooktacular. it's as though it's really true.
